HP DesignJet 800ps Printer (42 in)

HP Designjet 800ps not recognizing Cyan ink cartridge. Using HP cartridge. Was OK and then registered as empty. The cartridge is at least 3/4 full.

Bad cartridge or a failed contact in the ink supply station. Have you tried another cartridge?

Yes-I have 3 that all seem to be about 3/4 full. Non are registering. I have another HP cartridge ordered and will put it in tomorrow.

I just put a new HP cartridge in and it worked fine. The HP cartridge that I took out is at least 3/4 full. How does that work?
