My organization  purchased HP Designjet Plotter T7200ps (Edited)  in  2017 with 3 years product warranty and 4 years AMC. The AMC expired on 31.05.2024. I need to know about End of Life for HP Designjet T7200ps (Edited) in India and support from HP for spares ,firmware and software,  if I want to give Annual Maintenance Contract to HP Authorized Service Partner. Please provide any link  of HP website for information regarding latest EOL Plotters also.

The EOL link is not from HP website. Thats why I doubt regarding its authenticity.

If you can provide any link of HP website.

 

The Link for service centre support is also not showing service options for plotter.

Machine is discontinued, which is different than end of life. I do not have a link on an HP site I can share but the timing does seem reasonable. 

 

The web link will show authorized, registered repair centres, if nothing shows, you may need to contact HP directly, though in the case of discontinued products, service level will vary or not be available at all. You may need to engage an independent repair centre for products that are no longer supported or upgrade to a current product that is supported.
