Printer is giving System Error 0086-0001-0004 and  0086-0002-0002, can someone help with a goods technician to take care of repair and maintenance of this printer

86 errors are related to carriage movement. Most common issue I run into is user forgetting to properly lock the printhead cover. This causes the metal lock bail on the printhead to prevent carriage movement.

Thank you for quick response, some technician who visited to check the problem suggested to change the data cable of the cartridge tray. We are waiting for a new one to arrive and see if the problem gets solved. I am looking for some authorized repair centre near us to take care of such issues in future.

So now the trailing cable is changed the new error which its showing is 0086-0002-0054, can anyone help with what should be done with this.
