When I try to print an A3 size document the screen in the printer reads something like "Incorrect paper size. Paper width set to 296 mm". If I press "Print" anyway it clips my documento. Its rotated and clip to 296 mm instead of the intended 420mm.

I don´t know the exact message in english because my plotter is set in spanish.

How can I change the paper size to print the whole A3 page?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried setting the print job to portrait instead of landscape?

I've tried every possible setting printing from Adobe and Autocad. In the printer information, in the hp software, it says that the widht of the roll is 600 mm, which is correct and the width of the paper tray is 296 mm. I want to print an A3 from the paper tray but all i can get is A4 size in an A3 paper. Half an A3 is blank, the other half is half of what i was trying to print
