HI
I have tried all sorts of settings, but when I tried to plot both a ARCH D (24x36) and ARCH C (18x24) the plotter only prints about 1/2 to 5/8 the width of the plot and clips the rest of the image.
In PREVIEW Mode the plot looks correct, but does not print correctly.
I am using Windows 10 64 bit and have supposedly the latest firmware updates and drivers loaded from HP both on the printer and on the computer.
Very frustrating.
Please help ASAP as I have to get these drawings plotted and that is why I purchased this printer.

As a followup I am using 24" HP Bright White Roll Paper in the printer. I have aligned the heads, calibrated the paper feed, etc, but it will only print on the right half of the 24" width of paper, even when I try printing on ARCH C sheet (12"x24")

I have the same issue with Arch D. I didn't solve the problem with that paper size but a workaround that is functioning for me is to set a custom paper size in the device and then choose that in the print dialog box.
I created the 24" x 36" sheet size under the custom setting in devices/printers > printing preferences > custom setting. It is important to then make sure the devices setting and the print dialog setting match.
I am sorry this isn't an actual fix, but it does keep me working.
Best of luck
