HP Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just received an error message on my HP Designjet T120 saying "Possible printhead error" suggested reseating the printhead, that didnt help so then replace printhead which I ordered and replaced, still same message and cannot get past this error message to update software or attempt any other solution. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks, Mark

Did you clean the contacts on the carriage before inserting the new printhead. It could be as simple as some stray ink interrupting the contacts. Remove the printhead and unplug the printer. Then use a water dampened qtip or lint free cloth to clean the contacts on the carriage that line up with the contacts on the print head. Check the printhead as well while you are at it as they may have picked up some ink from the carriage when installed. Make sure they are completely dry before reinstalling and turning on.
