Product: HP Designjet T130

My Designjet T130 stopped cutting between pages for no apparent reason.  Tried just about everything, settings, etc.

Couldn't even form feed and cut using the device board itself.

Finally took a flashlight and looked to the left where the cutter is "stored" and saw a small crumpled piece of plotter paper, very small, lodged behind the cutter assembly.  Reached in and removed it and then pressed "form feed and cut" and it worked fine.

Then I remembered that a few weeks ago I had a plotting jam and I had to manually remove some torn paper and this little piece must have gotten caught behind the cutter at that time.  

 

Problem solved so I thought I 'd post the solution rather than keep it to myself.

Glad you were able to solve.  Thanks for posting the fix.  Very helpful for others.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
