Hello guys,
Following problem. I have a Windows Server 2022 where I installed the printer. The printer is distributed to all employees via group policy. Problem with the user, the printer is used but only with the Microsoft standard driver. I have to manually install the driver on each computer in order for all driver settings to be properly displayed. I have already asked Google unfortunately this problem is due to "V4" drivers.
So my question is there are alternative drivers for this printer? (except the base driver)
There used to be drivers without V4, unfortunately I can't find them anymore. The customer prints very special plans on it and therefore needs all possible printer settings, so a basic driver is not enough.

Please keep in mind that on newer server OS, the driver does not copy from server to work station automatically. The driver must be present on the work station or Windows will install a generic MS driver that will usually not provide full functionality. This is not caused by the HP driver, this is a MIcrosoft "feature" to enhance security.
