HP Designjet T520 Printer / Blue Screen code B300153C

Hello. I have a HP Designjet T520 printer. When I opened it today there came a blue screen with a code "B300153C". I shut it down by pressing the button for 7-8 seconds (the printer doesn' t shut down with just pressing the button normally) and when it opened again the blue screen with the same code came again. What does that code mean? I will appreciate any quick response. Thank you.

Hello 

You need to replace the encrypted chip with new one  

It is on the main board in USB slot

Hello again. If I purchase the encrypted chip from the ebay link and replace with the new one will I need to make any firmware uploads additionally?  Thank you.
