Hi, our HP Designjet T630 needs a new printhead. However, we cannot get this one replaced..

On the display menu, the printer keeps asking for new cartridges. We cannot select anything else in the menu. Resetting or on/off doesnt help either. When opening the valve nothing happens and the printer head stays in place.

Is there any way to replace it manually?

Thanks in advance,

If you have cartridges that are too low, the printer will not allow you to initiate a printhead change because of the danger of air being drawn into the ink system during printhead preparation. Likely you will need to resolve the ink issue first.
