Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Designjet T650 wont print 24X36 (Arch D) with 24" paper, my old plotter did no problem. Shrunk the drawing to 18 X 24 and tried to print it with 24" roll, still won't print, tried auto/portrait/landscape, after wasting lots of paper I'm out of ideas. 

 

HP this is embarrassing, i have used many plotters in my time as I am a contractor and only have an issue with HP. 

 

If nobody has a fix i will sell this machine for pennies on the dollar and lick my wounds and buy practically any other brand and my life will go on smoothly. I have read forums on the HP community and saw I am not the only one. Sad part is I didn't see their questions being provided solutions. 

 

I'm not feeling hopeful HP has found the solution but please prove me wrong. I want to love this plotter, help me love it before it's on the nearest buy and sell ad.
