HP DesignJet T730 36-in Printer

T730 stopped printing at all.  We had an ink leak. Cleaned up. Replace printhead and all worked for a while.  Then ink flow faded to nothing.  Changed tubes and printhead assembly and still nothing.  No error codes.  It looks like ink is getting to printhead. But diagnostics say no drops have flowed, which is what I have seen on all the blank test pages.  I am stumped.
