Hey guys, 

When printing a printhead calibration or sheet test the black color comes out excellent. But when printing anything from my PC , the black color looks a bit grey dish. Wondering if you guys seen this before? I'm running windows 10 64bit. I tried printing from my laptop too and still the same issue. Any suggestions will be thankful.

HP Recommended

If the printers internal pages are printed OK, then you have a computer/driver issue. Check if you are running a latest HP drivers.
