Product: HP DesignJetT790

Is there a default user ID and password for the HP Designjet T790?  It looks like there was a reset and now the device is asking for Username and password.  No one know it.  I cannot go to the Network setting washout a valid user id and password. I cannot find this information in the manual.

HP Recommended

There is no default ID/password.  Reset procedures are in  service manual, Service Utilities, Reset Access Control.  Search for online resources.
