Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I can scan to the USB port to a memory stick, but can’t go back thru the menu and see what’s on it, shows no file found, it does show the HP Scan folder.  I can take the stick and can read it on Windows and it shows correctly. Tried different memory sticks and formatting then. Anyone herd of this?

Looking at the user guide it only shows Jpeg Tiff and HP GL/2 as formats for printing. I am not sure if it supports print PDF from stick. Some machines do not.

Are you using the print from USB app to view the memory stick? I am not sure that when scanning it shows the files already on the stick.

 I’m  trying scan and print from USB and it can’t see any of the files, but can see the folder. When I put a pdf from my computer on the USB and doesn’t see that either.

You’re right that’s it!  You can scan as a tiff and reread and print it, but not as a PDF. How strange that they wouldn’t include PDFs. Thanks!

 

I also had posted About trying to reset the web server password. Do you know anything about that?
