HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 not recognizing Black Cartridge. Downloaded updated software, power off/On, cleaning sensor of both printer and Cartridge... all done... what else to do?

@LordGuha, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Do you have any lights blinking on the printer?
  • Any errors while printing from the PC?
  • Remove the black ink cartridge and try printing in color to check if that works fine.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the error persists, it could be a defective black ink cartridge or it could be an issue with the printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
