Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have a HP L335 Latex printer with the HP Latex 64 cutter. The issue I am having is when I send a cut file for vinyl, ie..36 inch by 97 and a half inches, the cutter will complete the cut but when I measure the material off the cutter it is short in length by a half inch. I am trying to cut fairly close for registration marking purposes but this shortening of the cut material is causing a waste in material. Does anyone have a idea or have had this issue also?
