HP Large Format Printer Repair Certification

Hello,

I am looking for technical printer training based in Malaysia to be certified for printer repair. Anybody knows any HP training center in Malaysia?

First, your company needs to be an authorised service centre. The person that is not an employee of an authorized HP service centre can't attend any HP training certification. You need to have HP-service ID number on your name to have access to online training or instructor-led training.

Then you need to contact your HP service manager to provide you service qualification requirement to become an authorised for the repair of large format printers. Attend a few training classes, pass some test exams and thats it.

Not an easy task.

How can I register and get HP-service ID number? My company work closely with HP but not register as authorized HP service centre. We are doing HP Printer's drivers and software testing on large format printers. I am responsible to maintain and repair all printers.
