Product: HP Latex 315 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not until recently, my Latex 315 didn't leave gaps between jobs. However not sure what I touched, it started automatically advancing substrates by around 3 inches before each job, which is a waste of paper.

 

Does anyone know if there is a setting that can restore it to the past? Thanks very much.

Hi.

First you may check options set in printer for substrate top and bottom margins - go to  Settings > Substrate > Substrate handling options > Extra top margin. ( Extra bottom margin). Top margin means some space before printed image, bottom margin - after it finishes print - leaves space. Usual space between jobs when printing separate files is about 1cm.
If it shows 0 (zero) - then this space is assigned by rip program. if some option is marked, like - extra margin, Crop mark, bleeding...and so on...
