HP Latex 310
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi ok so i have had the HP Latex 310 for about 2 years, running flexi the past couple of weeks it has been stopping jobs printing halfway through with the error unexpected cancelling of job / failed to send data to printer.

I have had a tech check out the firewalls on the laptop which runs it but still get the problem, not every job mind you it is very intermittent.

The printer is connected directly to the laptop.

I have changed the cable.

I have changed the ip address.

Rip the jobs before printing.

Really at a loss as to why this is happening.

Doesnt matter what size the file is either.
