We had a lightning storm and my printer won't come on. I have checked the connections, unplugged, plugged back in, and it still won't power up. Is it fried?

Could be "fried".
Known Solutions here:
Product was introduced in 2014
If the worst is realized, at least the printer provided a pretty decent run (provided service for a decent amount of time).
Comments
The product is long discontinued. If (for any reason) you need / want to have it repaired, search your local area for printer repair shops. For example (in the USA), Staples and similar Office Supply stores may provide printer repair. Call the shop, explain the issue, ask for estimates. Decide whether the device is worth the effort and cost.

Probably yes, but there is a chance only power supply got storm damaged. You can risk around 20-30 US$ and get a working power supply from eBay, replacing it is 3 screws job, and won't take more than 5 minutes.
