Product: HP PageWide XL 4200 40-in Multifunction Printer with Top Stacker

The HP PageWide XL4200 MFP encountered operational issues following the upgrade to firmware TYPH_12_24_41.1 and even the latest firmware TYPH_13_25_31.1 and associated driver updates, and now the printer is taking longer to receive and process send jobs.

 

Also HP Maintenance Kit PKM2 has Expired and we had already replaced the HP Maintenance Kit PKM2 and Maintenance Cartridge but the warning error message still appearing. We kindly ask you to assist us with Service Menu to reset counters.
