Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I configured the plotter on windows server 2019, but when I printed the test page, it didn't come out. It works if I mapped direct with IP address.

Does the test print work from the server? Driver mis-match between work station and server? I have seen some cases where the work station winds up with a Microsoft IPP driver and not the HP driver,

I am having this same problem with our T1600. The problem started November 16th for us and when checking through the firmware update settings it was set to "Download new firmware automatically" and it installed CYCLOPSNEPTUNE_08_22_11.1 on November 16.

I created a case number with HP #[Personal Information Removed] and the agent resolved the ticket saying that we shouldn't roll back the firmware unless absolutely necessary. I've tried all different drivers on the print server but nothing is making a difference and the firmware is the only thing I can think of that would have changed.
