HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer

I want to replace the print head.
After performing the service steps according to the instructions on the printer screen, I received the following message:
" Not enough ink to complete startup. Cartridges used during initialization must be NEW. Open Ink Door to replace indicated cartridges or press OK to insert another PHA."

This message was for the black the first time.
Removing and reinstalling the cartridge or head does not complete the installation. No ink is visible inside the head.
No ink is visible inside the head, but you can see traces of ink where the cartridge and head meet.

The Replacement Kit cartridge symbols are as follows:
Yellow CZ128S
Magenta CZ127S
Cyan CZ126S
Black CZ129A
for Y M C is as follows: "Introductury Cartridge"

If it is true that there is not enough ink to complete the startup then how can new cartridges be obtained without a head?

Did you receive 4 new ink cartridges with the printhead and use them after the printhead replacement?
