HP SD Pro 2 44-in Scanner

Just received this scanner a few days ago. Have it installed and setup. It has been calibrated and scans properly. We want our primary method of scanning to be to scan to a network location. I have setup mapped network folder to scan to, and it properly scans and moved the file to the network location. When we reboot the scanner, the mapped location is removed and has to be typed in again. I want to be able to have this location saved and not have to enter it every time it is turned on. I couldn't find any setting that specifically allowed that. To be honest, I am surprised it isn't the default behavior. Cany anyone assist?

edit: i found how to resolve this. under advanced settings --> security there is an option to remember the network mapping.
