HP Smart ACCOUNT shows 0 Owned Printers

I purchased a HP Designjet T250 Plotter, which I understand is capable of remote printing via the hp smart app from anywhere. 

Hp smart home screen shows my plotter and connection works flawlessly while on the same wifi network, from my mac computer as well as from my iphone. 

I would like to print while i’m away from my office, remotely via either my iphone or my mac. But i can’t manage options to enable print remotely because my account dashboard shows 0 owned printers. 

Please do not suggest to factory reset the plotter and reinstall all app as as i have already done that.

Is Designjet T250 compatible with the ‘Print Anywhere’ feature on the HP Smart App

Good questions.

I wish I could tell you one way or the other.

The indicators at your product support site are mixed - that is, one bit says this model series might support ePrint (the original tech for remote printing) -- another bit of information says this model should / does / might support Print Anywhere. 

I might be missing something -- I don't pretend to know anything about DesignJet printers / plotters.

The possible good news -- there are (at least in my region) support and contacts for DesignJet Mobile Printing

Open the website.

Scroll down > Click on the Flag to change to your region.

If the contact information is still available, the contact button might be near the bottom of the main page and labeled as "Contact an HP DesignJet expert"

What else?

I will push this to the Moderator team for review and evaluation.

Whether we have any DesignJet expertise in the Community is something I cannot answer.

thank you for your reply and suggestions. I logged to HP Smart via the website and could se my plotter as owned printer. From that point on i could see the plotter in both HP Smart app on my mac and on my iphone. 

nevertheless, the status of the printer reads ‘1 information not available’, and under ‘solutions’ there’s only ‘other solutions’ listed, not ‘print anywhere’. 

i don’t know if all this is because the plotter is not compatible with the print anywhere feature, or because there is a configuration error of some sort. 

in any case, before buying i watched a very convincing video explaining the differences and advantages of the T200 series plotters over epson’s sure color T3120, where it was stated that a lot less clicks where required on hp to achieve printing… so far i have clicked a lot more than i would have thought looking for an answer to my problem
