gee, such a simple question .. check here & find all you ever need :
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-z5200-photo-printer/4122732
download the driver for your windows... unzip it to a directory where you can remember... connect printer with an usb cable to your PC ,
your PC should regconized it, but you might have to an to use update driver option , i, point it to the directory where
you unzip the driver..
you can also install the HP utility program to do the update its firmware, manage colors, ICC profile etc..
this is just the very basic setup / start up .... if you need to print large format photos, posters, giclee prints etc..
there are a lots to learn..
