Product: HP T1120
Hello all. We have a client with a T1120 that is laying black lines through any yellow sections..they say they have replaced the MK/Y printhead but no fix...they are at a remote site so a bit hard to diagnose over email etc...my first thoughts are..in no particular order, carriage board, PK/G printhead..maybe trailing cable....any suggestions?

Just to update....I talked the client through removing the printheads and cleaning them..and the contacts in the carriage...and all is good now...that was a pretty dramatic defect though!
