Hello, we recently upgraded from an HP T2530PS to a new T2600DR.  The T2530 had a relatively simple browser interface for exporting and clearing job accounting counts.  However, the T2600 does not appear to include a way to clear the counts.  The result is that every billing cycle we'll need to export larger and larger export files and delete the old ones before we can get a new count.  Eventually counts could exceed the printer's maximum.  This seems like an obvious oversight.  Does anyone know if there's a way to clear the counts?  Thank you!

Based on the user manual http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06366594 there does not appear to be a way to delete data. this might have been an oversight or error. The best course of action would be to open a case with HP Tech Support. If people do this, engineering does not get feedback and updates and fixes for this oversight will never happen.

I created a case with HP Support and received a followup phone call.  I actually don't know how I could have missed this, but while you cannot reset the accounting codes counts, there is an option to select the start and end dates for the export.  Under Usage/Accounting instead of selecting "Number of last jobs to show" select "Date" and enter the appropriate dates.  This solves my issue.  Thanks.
