Hi I have a HP T520 and it was working beautifully until one day it said "There is a problem with the printer or ink system". I did a little bit of homework and it seemed like changing the printhead was the most likely the issue. I put in a new printhead and new ink cartridges that i ordered off Amazon. It appears to be genuine HP, it was sealed and had a 8/17/2024 date on the seal. Everything seemed to install just fine however when I went to print it just spits out blank pages. Then i tried to align the printhead and that failed, (I'm guessing because it only prints blank). Please help!

After you installed the printhead did the printer go through the initialization process? If not, then the shipping ink has not been purged from the printhead and it will not until then.
