Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have similar issue as previous colleagues with cutter on my HP T630. When I try to print some prints (does not matter is it single or multi-page plans), the cutter does not engage at all. Even if I tried the "form feed & cut function", the cutter does not engage.

What I found out is the carrier does not engage cutter (but if I cut the cutter manually by hand, the cutter cuts perfectly).

Also I have to mention that the plotter worked great so far, even after switching to Windows 11 from Windows 10.

Please help.

Thank you kindly.

Tom

Edit:

The problem with cutter has been solved. Apparently the plotter had some issue with software...

Anyway thank you for Your time.

Many models have an option to disable the cutter through the setup of the printer. Any chance you have accidently done that?
