HP T920 New Printhead Fails to Install...it gets to about 5 mins remaining...then just says printhead replacement failed to complete..please reseat printhead...I notice that one of the chambers in the printhead does not have any ink in it..even though you can hear  the purging going on...any suggestions...air in tubes?

Thanks for your reply....f/w is up to date..primer and iss pass tests..to purge the tubes I am going to have to get another new head and I may as well replace all the cartridges too.....will post update when done....
