This is a new in box (old stock obviously though) T920..during run up it says reseat printhead...we have tried another new printhead..same issue..updated firmware and now get a slightly different message...any suggestions?

Update..this printer is at a remote site...I am going out there tomorrow to investigate..I`m taking a carriage pca (along with some other parts) will update once I`ve had a look at it...
