Product: HP DesignJet Z2100 44-in Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

These 2 HP Z2100 printers are new to me I have one 44" and one 24", I installed HP Click and get this message 'Selected source not loaded... and Print button greyed out, please see attached screenshot This is the same on both printers. If I post a photo in to a word document then select print in a normal way it prints fine. These are both connected on a network and I am using Windows 10 64 Bit, I updated the firmware on the 44" but no change. Changing paper source on the printers doesn't alter anything they both ask for a full width roll to be installed

I need HP Click to print large format

Any help/suggestions appreciated

I haven't received any suggestions so I am asking where I can download older versions of HP Click. I am currently on 4.0.57. 

I would like to download as old as possible to try because I'm wondering whether it's too new for my old machines
