Product: HP DesignJet T1708

We are  installing HP Design Jet T1708 printer on windows print server 2019 with following drivers HP DesignJet T1708 PS, but when we send print trough print server following error message appears"system error: 0090-0012-0083"

Error unsupported_PDL

Define lopes_EH_PM_Unsupported_PDL

Kindly helpout how to resolve this issue.

we had already upgrade printer firmware on latest version

Does you model have the post script option installed? That error is stating that the print language you are trying to use is not supported. Have you tried the HPGL driver?
