HP Latex 115 Printer

I have a HP Latex 115 printer

for this one project it refuses to print the blue background

I can make a shape and it will print it the correct blue

I import or use a background from the design program it goes pink

new cyan ink, flipped the heads, ran all the tests plots ( perfect colors)

it just won't do the blue background for this project

The problem is not with the plotter, but with the program in which the image is created.
You need to check whether the program you are using does not need to add the plotter.

Programs such as AutoCad, for example, need to add the plotter in order to work correctly.
