In December HP released new drivers for the Z9 series printers (and presumably other DesignJets) that finally support Mac OS later than Mojave. When I bought my Z9+ 44" in mid 2020, along with a new Mac Pro, I was extremely disappointed to discover profiling papers didn't work in the DesignJet Utility on my new computer, then running Mac OS Catalina. It would only do the basic color calibration. Fortunately, my MacBook Pro was still running Mojave, and the utility worked fully on that machine. Now 2.5 years later, I finally downloaded the new raster driver onto my Mac Pro and got it to work. However, I did have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it working. I know that the pandemic slowed HP software development, but it was kind of lame for it not to work properly out of the box with a contemporary computer, and even with a year of working from home it seems like this could have been done sooner. Better late than never, HP.
