Product: HP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My printer HPZ2100 24-in gives an error 79; 04 firmware does not help. Could this be related to mechanical devices? If so, what mechanisms ... How can I fix this error? Or change the mechanism?

HI
The error is a Firmware Error
Try the following:
Ensure that the Communicatin cables are disconnected from the printer
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power On the Printer.
Please ensure that the printer has the latest firmware else Update the firmware to the latest.
If the error still persists Issue might be With PCA ..or the formatter
Try reseating formatter as well
