Hello please can someone help me or advise me as I've got a HP T520 Designjet and the screen has gone blue and a code has come up B87E43CC

In most cases this is caused by a failed firmware stick which sits on the formatter board. You can purchase it through the HP Parts Store. It might be a bad formatter but in most cases it is the part listed below.


Part you need is CQ890-67105
