Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print to the plotter with my desktop, however the desktop adjacent to mine as well as my personal macbook are capable of printing. I receive the error 61:10 wrong file format, how do I fix this?

Few days ago, someone has similar trouble & I replied to mention use PCL driver. Unfortunately

there is no   pcl  driver for your model.

 

On my Z3100, in display panel, there is a setup   option....  preference  ---  graphic languange..

mine is automatic.  there were  few differents.

 

Check your printer display panel & see does it have this option... if yes,,     try other options,   1 by 1.

See if any miracle...

I just checked on hp website, there are 2 available... download the ps3 & try   .....   do not use    gl2


because I am using win7 64bit & even the link I picked  was win10 64 bit, if I click this link & I get win7.

 

so if you use the link is right for win10  , ok... if not   use    change to find the right one.  PS3 driver.
