Deskjet 3755

How to Clean the Scanner Glass/Head of a Deskjet 3755?  My wife scanned a document that had small part of white-out that was not dried and when we scan, all of our scans have a solid line down the middle.  Thanks for any advice.

Hi,

You may try calibrating the scanner and check, however actual cleaning cannot be done for such a scanner.

Try following these steps to calibrate:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/1126203...

IF that doens't help contact HP Support in your country to get teh printer services or replaced if applicable and if a such is covered by its warranty terms:

Shlomi
