My headprint didint alight and end with 79:04

I have clean the srtip coder and it didn't workout

I need to accec the line sensor but how i cant find this part to clean it plz some help i have the manual book and nothing about

My printer is hp designjet 500 ps

Best way is to remove the right end cover and then remove the service station and you will have access to the bottom the the head unit and can clean the line sensor.
