I have been getting error code 08:04. I have done all the suggested "fixes" for this. One of these was to replace the Interconnect PCA. Today when I came in the printer was in a "Generating Diagnostic Information" blue screen - it was frozen. I restarted and downloaded the diagnostic file but it's a xxxx.trb file type. Is this something only HP can open?

The small text says:
- Diagnostics package: the diagnostics package is meant to be used only by HP Support personnel in order to give you assistance and should be extracted under HP Support guidance
🙂 So if hp embedded sever could help, take a look there...
