Hello HP support, 

I plan to replace a new Tray 1 Pickup Roller for my printer HP PageWide Pro 577 MFP (D3Q21D), is there any video guide for assemble and disassemble the roller?

Have you found a source for a roller? I ask because that part is not listed for this device and this roller is really designed for life of printer. If you find someone offering a roller, make sure they offer instructions.
