Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Hi,

 

Please can anyone help me with the black printhead.

 

I have done trouble shooting and it done a printhead clean probably 5-6 times in all.

 

The test print hasn't changed.

I have also tried soaking the head in some wet tissue on a plate for about 10 minutes, no change.

 

Please help so I dont have to buy a new printhead yet.

 

Thank you all and any tips / fixes would be absolutely great.

How old is the printhead? It sounds like you have tried all the common remedies other than letting it soak longer. Just might be time for a new printhead.
