Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI guys.

we have old hp 500 24" but for us works fine.

Last year for use ethernet buyed an hp jetdirect and install it but with win10 don't work so have sell it.

After this we have see any problem with plotter.

If we send a print with pdf or cad drawing (vectorial) and image print only image.... Don't print vectorial drawing.

Isnt a ram problem because print jpg without problem.

so if convert the cad drawing in jpg image (200mb) print it without problem.

Why???

It's crasy.... Print fat file and not simply file!!!!

Use USB to pc.

there is a system to reset as fabric setup? how can it?
