I have run the printhead cleaning a number of times. When I try to run the printhead alignment, it prints out the test page and then cancels the alignment and gives me a error. "Calibration canceled due to scanning problems"

The matt black is missing 100% the printer will not complete the alignment without all colors. Run cleaning for MK printhead if that isn't helpful replace it with a new one.
