I have recently replaced the magenta printhead and I noticed that I had some white banding across the page about a inch wide with about 20 lines in it. I have gone through the trouble shooting and now I have black lines across the entire image. It the tests, I have white lines across the page in all the color. I have gone through all the trouble shooting and have no idea of what to do next.

Can you print a Print quality page scan and post here.

This was the original problem. White lines about an inch total across one side.

 Now this over entire image.

From the printers menu, select Print quality page, scan and post here. That will give more details for each color.

I did not see from the menu Print quality page so I did this, but I did print a test image from within the printer and it came out perfect. That is really strange. I will post a photo of that next

The magenta has poor print quality, and you are missing mat black colour.

The demo page you printer is in better quality because it doesn't use magenta color as much as your print jobs use. I would recommend you to run M-LC printhead only and if that isn't helpful to replace the M-LC printhead.
Other printheads don't have 100% full print, try to run printhead cleaning for all printheads too.

Thank you. Magenta is a brand new print head. It was causing problems before. I wonder if I should return that? I will run the test in the morning. Thank you.

Run a cleaning cycle first for all printheads and then compare print quality page before and after.
