Product: HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer

I haven't used the printer for a couple months now it doesn't print what I send it in preview I reinstalled no change it acts like it is printing but only prints like the company logo but not the rest of blueprint

Hi..sounds like the printhead has dried out..try instigating a printhead clean..
