Product: Designjet 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I keep getting 81:01 which means paper jam.  I clear the jam and reset the printer.  However, when I send a new file to plot the same error comes up although there is not a jam.

 

Any suggestions on how to reset this.

Download the DJ500 PCL driver & update it..  Try & see how it come out....
